Q: Do you have our day available? How far in advance should we book our day?
A: It is important to book catering services .The more notice the better, although Chefs Elegant Catering can accommodate most short notice events. Early is the key!
 
Q: What type of food do you specialize in?
A: Delicious! Elegant Catering offers a wide spectrum of fresh and imaginative fare; Italian, French, Southwestern Mexican, Cajun, Nouvelle, Vegetarian and so much more. We will gladly customize a menu to fit your needs.
 
Q: What is your pricing structure?
A: Each menu is priced out per person and a final guest count will be needed a number of days prior to your event. Our portions are quite ample, although an accurate guest count is the safest way to go.

A: Chefs Elegant Catering is fully licensed & insured. Our kitchen is inspected by the State of New Mexico..
